The Rosemary Kennedy Initiative (RKI) is a six-month, paid internship for individuals with disabilities. The program provides access to work experiences at the Kennedy Center and opportunities for professional growth through a curriculum of workshops, experiential hands-on opportunities, field trips, and networking events. RKI interns will explore today’s varied careers in a performing arts environment.
