On October 7th, AUSOM’s Every Step Counts Autism Walk & 5K Run will bring together those touched by Autism and members of the broader community in a supportive, energizing, fun, and family-friendly environment. This year we’re bringing back our Kids’ Play Area with inflatables, roving circus performers and costumed characters, and other family entertainment. You’ll have the opportunity to visit with our sponsors and community partners in the vendor tent.
AUSOM is excited to host this annual event and maximize our service to the Autism community. This year’s goal is to raise $160,000 toward programs and services for a local Autism community that is more than 7,000 strong! We need your support!
Join us! Sign up to participate in one of the events: the timed 5K run, 4K walk or 1K stroll. Register early to get your shirt size. Build your team with members of all ages. Children under 11 are FREE but need to register to receive a t-shirt. And those who can’t join us at Centennial Park may register to participate virtually, at a time and location of their choosing.
Build a fundraising team! Make Every Step Count. Harness the giving power of your family, friends, co-workers, neighbors and online network. Set up a Personal Fundraiser, Team Fundraiser and Facebook Fundraiser. Share the links and ask your network for their support. Fundraising couldn’t be easier. Help us reach our fundraising goal of $160,000 for programs and services, which AUSOM provides for free to the Autism community! Fundraising is not required to participate. Participation is not required to fundraise.

As a sponsor, you will enjoy the benefits of social media exposure, visibility on our event website, signage at the event, complimentary registrations for your team members, and the opportunity to introduce yourselves to the Autism community at the event.
