The Transition Symposium, held this year on Nov. 9, 2019, offers resources to transition-age youth with IEP/504 Plans (ages 14-24), their parents, families, educators, and human service professionals.

Presented by the Howard County Transition Outreach Partnership, a collaboration of these organizations: Accessible Resources for Independence, Autism Society of Maryland, Howard County Department of Community Resources and Services, Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks, Howard County Health Department Bureau of Behavioral Health, Howard county Public School System, NAMI of Howard County, and The Arc of Howard County.
