Anne Arundel County Police Department: The Anne Arundel County Police Department offers a form for someone to register for its 911 Flagging Program/Registry.  CLICK TO DOWNLOAD.  Please complete the form and email it to CIT@aacounty.org. The AACPD will contact with the person/parent/guardian to confirm receipt.  The program places voluntary caution notes into the 911 system to allow for a safer first responder response to help someone in crisis.
