MSDE Technical Assistance Bulletin

MSDE has created this Technical Assistance Bulletin(20-05) to provide guidance to local school systems (LSSs) and public agencies (PAs) to address secondary transition of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) in response to extended school closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Maryland remains committed to the continuity of learning for students with disabilities as we develop, implement, and evaluate individualized secondary transition plans.
