Designed for independent adults ages 24+. The group participates in weekly activities out in the community or at AUSOM, typically on Saturdays, unless otherwise noted in the ONLINE CALENDAR or email announcement. At least one session a month is virtual by Zoom on Saturday from 5:30-6:30pm.
