The Autism Society of Maryland (HCAS) welcomes Lydia Romero-Johnson as its new Family Navigator! Lydia has been connected to AUSOM since the diagnosis of her oldest son in 2011. She has 15 plus years of experience in the healthcare field, 10 of them in mental health as a Registered Nurse. Lydia is a 2014 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she became certified as a health coach. In her role as Family Navigator, Lydia connects Autistic individuals, families and professionals to both Autism-related and basic community services while offering support for all members of our community.
