The Autism Society of Maryland will be Biking to the Beach on July 29th from Baltimore to Dewey Beach with a team of 10 riders to support its Autism Hiring Program. This initiative is advancing workplace neurodiversity and acceptance, connecting businesses to an untapped workforce of skilled Autistic adults and targeting jobseekers not supported by existing systems.
