
Support our AUSOM Ride!
Take an AUSOM Ride with us on June 20th as we BIKE TO THE BEACH to support the Autism Society of Maryland!
Join our AUSOM team to ride 25, 50, 70 or 100 miles! Several options to fit your interest and ability. Start on either side of the Bay Bridge on the Western Shore in Baltimore, on the Eastern Shore in Centreville, Denton or Georgetown. There’s a special 30-mile loop at Centreville. Ride the loop and call it a day or continue on the additional 70 miles to Dewey Beach — your choice!

- Training Rides: We’ll be scheduling some training rides in April and May if you want company to train with us!
- Recruitment: We’d love to have 12-15 riders this year – any distance! Please share the link to our team page both with potential riders and supporters!
IMPACT
The Autism Society of Maryland (AUSOM) connects and empowers 8,000+ Autistic individuals and their families annually with the resources they need to live fully. This includes:
- Information and Referral from our resource coordinators
- Guidance from our special education consultants
- Support groups for families and caregivers (English & Spanish)
- Social and fitness events that welcome our community
- Educational webinars on a variety of topics (English & Spanish)
- Advocacy to improve opportunities and fundin
CELEBRATE AUSOM
Since 1993, we have served the community with a grassroots, boots on the ground approach that provides a welcoming, supportive environment.
Our mission critical events and activities are available at no cost to the community. We have staff and offices in Howard, Anne Arundel, and Montgomery Counties but welcome participation and inquiries form the surrounding areas. Please support our ride on June 20 with your donation in any amount. Your gift makes our work possible!
