Each year, the Autism Society of Maryland’s Every Step Counts Autism Walk & 5K Run brings together those touched by autism and members of the broader community in a supportive, energizing, fun environment. Join us! Together we are #AutismStrongMD

AUSOM is excited to partner once again with the Autism Society of Baltimore-Chesapeake (ASBC) to bring the 2021 Every Step Counts Autism Walk & 5K Run to life. The collective goal is to raise $100,000 toward programs and services for the local autism community that is more than 7,000 strong!  Be sure to designate the charity partner you’re supporting when you register or make a donation.

Along with many of you, AUSOM is easing into a pre-COVID mindset. This year, we’re bringing back the timed 5K Run around Centennial Lake in Ellicott City, MD. There will be one start time for runners, followed by a start for participants in the 4K Walk around the lake or the 1K Stroll for those seeking a shorter distance. And those who can’t join us at Centennial Park on October 2 may register to participate virtually, at a time and location of their choosing.

However you participate, you will be making a huge contribution to AUSOM and the local autism community!
