Bike to the Beach with HCAS!

Join our team and help us bike to build neurodiversity in Maryland’s workplace!
On July 28th, the Autism Society of Maryland Team will be riding from Baltimore to Dewey Beach with the Bike to the Beach event in support of the Autism Hiring Program. This AUSOM initiative is advancing workplace neurodiversity and acceptance, connecting businesses to an untapped workforce of skilled Autistic adults and targeting jobseekers not supported by existing systems.
85% of Autistic adults with a college education are unemployed, and over 90% of adults with Autism are underemployed or unemployed?
The Autism Hiring Program, now in its third year, is serving candidates and employers in Maryland with placements in professions that include IT, CyberSecurity, Retail, Administrative, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Entertainment, Recreation, Historic, Warehouse among others.
