Carroll County Public Schools Family Support and Secondary Transition will present the 2025 Resource and Transition Fair on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Winters Mill High School, located at 560 Gorsuch Road, Westminster. This event is designed for families with children from birth through age 21 and is supported by the Special Education Citizen’s Advisory Council (SECAC).

The fair will feature presentations on many topics, including:

• Social/Emotional/Self-Regulation
• CTE and Apprenticeships
• DORS Services for Transitioning Youth
• Self-Directed vs. Traditional Services
• Transitioning to DDA Services
• Circle of Caring for Preschoolers.

In addition, there also will be over 30 exhibitors including the Division of Rehabilitation Services, Parent’s Place of Maryland, Behind Behaviors Consulting, Caring Communities, A Mother’s Rest, Maryland ABLE Network, and The Skill Tree.
