SUMMARY:Together for Miles
DESCRIPTION:Together for Miles is a celebration of the beautiful life of Miles McMahon who wandered and drowned last year. It will be held on on Saturday\, February 1st from Noon-3pm at the Recency Furniture Stadium\, Legends Club (indoors) in Waldorf\, MD. \n\nMiles’ family and the community have come together through this event to raise awareness about Autism\, wandering\, elopement and safety\, as well as to share resources that support families. \n\nThe Autism Society of Maryland will be on hand along with other groups to share remarks and resources. There will be guest speakers\, a community fellowship\, resource tables\, activities for children and light refreshments. \n\nThe event is open to the public.
