DESCRIPTION:Bruce Clopein of the Friends of Patapsco Valley State Park will host an Adaptive Hike for all ages on Saturday\, November 12 at 10am.  The hike will take place in the Avalon area of Patapsco Valley State Park with a meeting location at 5120 South Street\, Halethorpe\, MD 21227. Look for Pavilion 106\, which is close to the River Road Trail where the hike will begin. \nThe River Road Trail is an accessible\, fairly level and scenic pathway that follows along close to the Patapsco River.  It begins as a paved surface and then becomes a wide\, hard crushed rock pathway.  Out and back\, the hike is about 1.5 miles in length. \nFREE to attend but registration required.  CLICK HERE \nMade possible through a grant from The Hussman Foundation!

This AUSOM initiative is advancing workplace neurodiversity and acceptance\, connecting businesses to an untapped workforce of skilled Autistic adults and targeting jobseekers not supported by existing systems.\n\nThe Autism Hiring Program\, now in its third year\, is serving candidates and employers in Maryland with placements in professions that include IT\, CyberSecurity\, Retail\, Administrative\, Engineering\, Science\, Mathematics\, Entertainment\, Recreation\, Historic\, Warehouse among others.
