DESCRIPTION:SENSORY-FRIENDLY Vaccine Clinic \nFor individuals with Autism\, other disabilities\, their families and caregivers. \nMonday\, March 4\, 2024 from 4:00-6:00pm\nNonprofit Collaborative\, 9770 Patuxent Woods Dr\, Columbia\, MD 21046 \nREGISTRATION Encouraged at https://app.donorview.com/W653W  \nSponsored by the Autism Society of Maryland (AUSOM) with support from Giant Pharmacy \nWhat to expect:\n-Flu Vax for ages 3+\n-Covid Vax for ages 12+\n-Sensory-friendly (quiet\, low-light)\n-Registration encouraged but not required\n-Arrive no later than 5:45pm in order to receive a vaccination\n-Assistance for Spanish speakers\n-The Nonprofit Collaborative is ADA compliant \nGift cards for individuals who complete the brief follow-up survey \nWhat to bring:\n1. Completed Giant Pharmacy consent form (attached to confirmation email)\n2. Insurance card \nNo health insurance? No problem!\nAUSOM will provide funding for the uninsured.
