DESCRIPTION:Join our team and help us bike to build neurodiversity in Maryland’s workplace as we Bike to the Beach!!\n\nOn July 28th\, the Autism Society of Maryland Team will be riding from Baltimore to Dewey Beach to support the Autism Hiring Program. This AUSOM initiative is advancing workplace neurodiversity and acceptance\, connecting businesses to an untapped workforce of skilled Autistic adults and targeting jobseekers not supported by existing systems.\n\nThe Autism Hiring Program\, now in its third year\, is serving candidates and employers in Maryland with placements in professions that include IT\, CyberSecurity\, Retail\, Administrative\, Engineering\, Science\, Mathematics\, Entertainment\, Recreation\, Historic\, Warehouse among others.
