Prior to establishing Martinez Advocacy\, Monica devoted over 7 years to leadership roles\, including serving as the first Executive Director of Partnership for Extraordinary Minds (xMinds). \n\nLeanne O’Neill is a National Board Certified exceptional needs specialist currently teaching in Howard county. She is the former co-lead of the Largo High School Autism Program in Prince George’s County. \n\nNichelle Paisant is a parent\, Special Educator\, IEP Facilitator\, and Department Coordinator for Special Education in Prince Georges County. Her Post Master’s Certification in Administration and Leadership has made her a stronger advocate for Autism Awareness.
